Teams

Personal memory. Team memory.

Each person has a personal workspace and can belong to team workspaces, with roles and a sharing level on what they add. Tenant and scope access is checked on every read.

Three sharing levels. Each person decides.

Each source is marked Private, Team or Open, so the person who adds it controls who can read it.

  • Private

    Only you can read it.

  • Team

Your team sees the citable passage in answers, but cannot browse the whole document. They can ask you for access.

  • Open

The whole source is open to your team to read and browse, not only the cited passage.

  • Defaults

Sources from connectors start at Team. Notes and voice notes start at Private.

Roles and the checks behind them.

Owner, admin and member roles decide who manages a workspace. The server checks tenant and scope access on every read, and a grant can be limited to named repositories.

  • Personal and team workspaces with roles

Separates personal and team memory, with owner, admin and member roles.

  • Tenant and scope access checks

Checks tenant and scope access on every read.

  • Access checks on graph reads

Applies repository and tenant access to every graph traversal.

Give your agents your team’s history.
